2. Scope of Services

Vision7 Academy provides:

• Sports training programs
• Player development and assessments
• Events, camps, and facility access
• Digital services via website and mobile app

These Terms apply to:

• Website visitors
• App users
• Players
• Parents / legal guardians
• Event participants

3. Eligibility and Registration

Players under 18 years must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information. Vision7 Academy reserves the right to refuse or suspend registration for policy violations.

4. Payments and Fees

Fees must be paid in full or via approved installment methods before service access. Payments are processed through third-party providers including:

• Tabby
• Tamara
• Visa and MasterCard gateways

Vision7 Academy does not store card or BNPL credentials. BNPL approval is subject to the provider's independent terms and eligibility checks.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service, timing, and reason. Refunds for payments made via Tabby or Tamara are processed according to their respective policies. Vision7 Academy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. No refunds will be issued for partially used services unless required by law.

6. Health, Safety and Medical Responsibility

Guardians must disclose accurate medical and emergency information. Vision7 Academy uses this data only for player safety. Participation is at the player's own risk; reasonable safety measures are maintained. Vision7 Academy is not liable for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Media and Marketing Consent

By registering a player, the parent/guardian agrees that:

• Photos and videos may be captured during training, events, or activities.
• Media may be used for academy records, website, social media, and promotions.

Consent may be withdrawn by emailing privacy@vision7.sa. Withdrawal does not affect past lawful use.

8. CCTV and Facility Monitoring

Academy premises are monitored by CCTV for security and safety. Footage is accessed only by authorized personnel. Retention period is typically 30-90 days, unless legally required otherwise. Signage is displayed on-site.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse academy facilities or digital platforms
• Upload false, harmful, or unlawful content
• Interfere with academy operations or security
• Violate Saudi laws or regulations

Vision7 Academy may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, materials, and training resources are owned by Vision7 Academy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Vision7 Academy is not responsible for third-party platforms, apps, or websites. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal Data is processed according to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Full details are available in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept our data practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Vision7 Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

14. Amendments

Vision7 Academy may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
