REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Vision7 Academy through our website, mobile application, and physical facilities.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made to Vision7 Academy are subject to this policy.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the service type, payment method, and timing of the request.
  • Vision7 Academy reserves the right to approve or reject refunds in accordance with this policy and applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service cancellation initiated by Vision7 Academy
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Medical or exceptional circumstances (supported by valid documentation)
  • Legal obligations under Saudi law

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Partial use of training sessions, programs, or camps
  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons
  • Voluntary withdrawal after program commencement
  • Failure to attend without prior written notice
  • Promotional, discounted, or special-offer packages (unless stated otherwise)

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Requests must be sent before the service start date to be eligible.
  • Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.

5. Payment Method-Specific Refunds

A. Card Payments (Visa / MasterCard)

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days (bank-dependent).

B. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Payments made using:

  • Tabby
  • Tamara

Important:

  • Refunds are initiated by Vision7 Academy but processed according to the BNPL provider's terms.
  • Approval timelines, installment reversals, or adjustments are controlled by the provider.
  • Vision7 Academy is not responsible for BNPL provider delays or decisions.

6. Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Service Interruptions

If a program or service is discontinued by Vision7 Academy:

  • Customers may receive a pro-rated refund or
  • An alternative service or credit, at Vision7 Academy's discretion

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact Vision7 Academy before initiating chargebacks.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  • Vision7 Academy reserves the right to submit evidence to payment providers.

9. Amendments

This policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
